Tim Flynn, a former Penn State All-American, is the coach for Edinboro University. Flynn is now in his tenth season as head coach and before that was an assistant to Bruce Baumgartner for five years.
Flynn is coaching Edinboro into power house status. They have won the EWL all but one of his years as head coach. In 2006 Flynn led Edinboro to its first top ten finish (8th place).
Tim grew up traveling the country with his large family following his father, who was in the navy, from base to base. After high school he decided to go to Penn State where he was coached by Rich Lorenzo. In his final year in college he became an All-American. He then went on to get his MBA at Penn State while volunteer coaching.
